Hi I'm Vylan!
I'm a designer based in Vancouver, Canada. What I like best about UX/UI is the process, the precise step-by-step pathway to creating work that makes people’s lives easier—and maybe even more pleasant. Away from my computer, you’ll find me sketching with ballpoint pens, reading mystery and fantasy novels, or learning another language—French and Japanese are my current additions to Vietnamese and English. I’ve recently graduated from the IDEA School of Design at Capilano University. I’m looking to contribute to interactive work and collaborate with other creatives.
If you’re looking for a meticulous UX/UI designer or have a life-changing book recommendation, we should chat.
(BTW, you might have been wondering how my name is pronounced. I’ve gotten everything from villain to violin. It’s Vee-Lan.)
